Angelica + Daniel: Marin wedding at St. Vincent’s, part two

OK, folks, here’s part two from Angelica and Daniel’s wedding at St. Vincent’s School for Boys in San Rafael. What set this wedding apart were the lovingly handmade details created by these two and their family. There was the chuppah, sewn together by Daniel’s family, and composed of squares designed and created by members of both of their families. Angelica’s mom made the sash on her wedding dress. The pretty hand-stamped escort cards, which probably took hours to make. However I loved loved loved the sunny yellow tissue flowers, handmade by Angelica’s dad, which could be found throughout the reception area. A daddy’s girl myself, I found it was incredibly sweet to see a dad so involved in his daughter’s wedding.

Family is everything to these two. Big cheers!

Some of the wedding portraits of Angelica + Daniel were taken at a later date in San Francisco. I’m always excited when my clients choose to do a post-wedding portrait session. We were shooting around the city and *almost* decided against going to Land’s End at the end of our session, with fears of freezing cold, thick fog, and missing the sunset. Taking a chance and weaving our way through SF traffic, we managed to get to Sutro Baths with just enough time. And it was such a treat.

And a special thanks to all of the pros that made this event easy on me:
