When I arrived at Anna’s hotel room the morning of her wedding, she came running at me with a shriek of excitement and a gigantic bear hug. My day could not possibly get started any better than that. Anna + her girls were getting ready, gossiping, laughing, and it felt like one big slumber party over there. The happiness didn’t stop there. During the processional, the guests started cheering and applauding, activities usually reserved for AFTER the kiss, not before. And Norm? Big huge cartoon grin on his face, walking back down the aisle, new bride on his arm. I have the best job.
