great american music hall wedding in san francisco : christina + adam

Christina + Adam’s wedding was my first for 2013, and what a way to start. I’ve attended many concerts at GAMH and was quite excited to see it through different eyes. For music lovers, this is really an amazing venue, you get to see your name in lights, and if you have the courage, you can jump on stage and play a set, as you will see that Adam did. Christina and Adam are well loved by their friends and family and it’s easy to see why. Christina was absolutely luminous on their wedding day and kept laughing and beaming from ear-to-ear all day. Just check out the look on Adam’s face when they first see each other. It says it all. Incredibly interesting and smart — both Stanford grads — I could spend all day talking to these two. My husband, who came along to assist with lighting at both their engagement session and wedding, commented that they were the epitome of the best clients I could ask for. I couldn’t agree more. Not to mention that on their first date, they figured out they had mutual admiration for Dolly Parton and a significant part of their relationship has revolved around Ms. Parton. That’s right.

Thanks to Rebecca Pfiffner of Be-Hitched for the amazing coordination, Cheeseballs for turning it up for the dance floor, Church Street Flowers, and it’s always nice to work alongside the talented Justin of Weddings on Film.
