Every weekend, I am lucky to be witness the union of two people and the uniqueness that they bring to their relationships and weddings. As you can imagine I see a great variety, intimate to grand, simple to luxurious, classic to rustic, and every culture represented under the Bay Area umbrella. I am so grateful to have this and to so intimately get to know my clients. Sarah and Dann are an amazing pair. To know them is to love them. Sarah has a laugh that comes out at every possible moment not to be outdone by Dann’s beguiling smile and sense of humor. Their wedding was sweet, intimate, informal, and filled with only the closest of their friends and family.
Mountain Home Inn, which flanks the side of Mount Tamalpais in Marin, is always a favorite venue for me. I literally can bike there – and sometimes do – from where I live in Mill Valley. This is the perfect spot for small weddings – all vendors (except me) are in-house, including the unbelievable coordinator who also doubles as a florist. Sarah bought her Sue Wong’s Tim Burton for Alice in Wonderland dress online from Nordstrom’s on a whim and it just so happened to fit her perfectly!
Sarah and her maid of honor were the closest BFFs I’ve ever seen. Birds of a feather.
