Meagan and Niles are getting married in May at The Mountain Home Inn in Mill Valley and also got a special permit for their ceremony to take place in historic Muir Woods, a national monument. Naturally I am just a teeny eensy bit excited about this. The kids and I often go there early in the morning before it opens to the public and I just love the quiet stillness of those giant redwoods. Meagan and Niles decided to keep all things Marin for their engagement session too – a combination of Cavallo Point and Marin Headlands, overlooking the Golden Gate Bridge.
It was an unseasonably warm day just before Thanksgiving so we dashed up to the Headlands at sunset along with all of the tourists and managed to find a few spots with no one else there. These are the moments when you know you live in one of the prettiest places in the world.
